1.   Vacancies exist in classes VI, X, XI and XII (Science, Commerce and Humanities)

2.   Registration for Admission  -  01st February, 2017 onwards

5.   Documents to be attached with the Admission Form at the time of admission

  • Transfer Certificate (Original) and Character Certificate (for classes XI – XII).
  • Attested photocopy of the Progress Card and a passport size photograph.
  • For admission in class X/XII (subject to availability of seats), original Progress Card and Registration Card of class IX/XI are to be attached. Admission will be provisional until submission of the above documents.

6.    Admission Procedure

a)  Classes VI to IX (subject to vacancy). Students seeking admission in classes VI to IX will be given a written test of the standard of the previous class, in the subjects as given below:-

  • Classes VI-VIII : Hindi, English, Maths (all) and EVS/Science & Soc. Sc. (for Cl. VI/VII-VIII resp.).
  • Class IX : Hindi, English, Maths, Science and Social Science.

b)  Classes X & XII (subject to vacancy). Students seeking admission in classes X & XII will be tested in all the subjects opted by them in the previous class. Change of subject in classes X and XII is not allowed.

      c)   Class XI students (JBA) will be considered provisionally promoted until eclaration of their Board results. They will be advised stream/subjects as per their                   performance in SA-1. However, the stream/subjects will be finally decided on the basis of their cumulative performance in class X (on the basis of average             of SA-1 and SA-2), as given below.

  • A minimum C1 grade (51%) in SA in Maths and Science for PCM.
  • A minimum C2 grade (41%) in SA in Maths and C1 (51%) in Science for PCB.
  • A minimum C1 grade (51%) in SA in Maths for Commerce/Humanities with Maths.
  • A minimum C2 grade (41%) in SA in Maths for Commerce/ Humanities with Economics.

     d)   Class XI students (Non-JBA) students will be provisionally admitted as per the merit list obtained through an entrance test as given below. Their stream and                subjects will also be finalised after declaration of their Board results, as per the criteria applicable for JBA students, given above.

  • Science stream                              -  English, Maths and Science
  • Commerce/Humanities stream       -  English and Maths/Commerce (as per class X background)

     All class XI students (JBA and Non-JBA) will have to attend a compulsory Career Counseling 

     Programme from 14th to 16th April, 2017.
