About the Junior Blues
Junior Blues is TriumphFC 's academy.The academy coaches are specially selected due to there vast experience in coaching youth soccer, working with the younger age groups. Our aim is to create a fun learning environment that is challenging as is enjoyable that keeps the players coming back time and time again. To achieve this we have produced special curriculums for each age group and level of player, based around the Dutch method of coaching and learning through games.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the academy is to produce the confident all round player. To achieve this we work on TECHNIQUE... passing dribbling, shooting, defending
UNDERSTANDING... when, why & where... and TEAMWORK... learning to exist in a team environment as a unit and not as an individual and to define and understand the role within the team. We believe here at the Junior Blues that players should get to play and learn ALL positions, along with positive and educational coaching to produce the CONFIDENT COMPLETE PLAYER.
