Our library boasts an impressive and diverse collection of approximately 12,400 books, encompassing fiction, non-fiction, reference materials, and curriculum-aligned texts. In addition to books, we subscribe to 20 magazines and 5 newspapers, offering both daily updates and in-depth research content to keep students and staff informed and engaged.
Resources cater to academic needs, personal interests, and co-curricular enrichment, supporting holistic development.
Dedicated Spaces & Facilities
A spacious, well-organized library room provides a calm and focused environment for study and exploration.
Open-access shelving and thoughtful furniture arrangements encourage ease of browsing and a welcoming atmosphere.
All library operations are efficiently managed through EduNext Library Management Software.
Access & Services
Regular library periods are integrated into the student timetable, with
additional access available during breaks for reading and book borrowing.
Teachers utilize the collection for curriculum planning and instructional support.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:15 PM (Monday to Friday)
The library remains functional during summer and winter vacations, ensuring year-round access to learning.
Open reading sessions, storytelling, and library management activities are part of students' work experience curriculum.
Services also include book review projects, reference support, and curated thematic resource displays.
Staff & Community
Access
The library is managed by a professionally trained librarian and supported by a dedicated attendant.
We proudly extend library access to our alumni and any JBNSS staff members, who are welcome to read or borrow books from our collection.
