The process of learning cannot be completed in the classroom alone. A holistic growth is possible only with practical exposure to the environment. Interaction with nature and wildlife is important to develop an understanding of the delicate balance and relationship we share with our environment. During outdoor excursions students learn to develop the dynamics of group interaction, interdependence and team spirit. In the formative years of life we focus on making students understand, respect and protect nature and the environment. All students from Class VI to IX mandatorily attend an adventure camp at Camp Bagicha, Ramgarh and the adjoining hills in Nainital. Here they are exposed to various rope courses, rock climbing, nature walk, low to high altitude trekking (as per the class) under the supervision of Everest Climber and former instructor at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi, Mr. Anit Sah of Altitudes Expetitions, New Delhi.
